How it works

Three steps. No code books.

STEP 1

Upload your corrections

Start with the city's written comments. Add the marked-up plans and your plan set if you want clouds drawn, or skip that for a written response only.

STEP 2

Review the answers

Every comment is explained, sorted and answered in under a minute. If something is unclear, it asks you a quick question first.

STEP 3

Download and resubmit

Load your plan PDF, drag a box where each cloud goes, and download the clouded plans, written response and checklist.

Written response

Original comment, response and sheet location for every item.

Clouded plans

Revision clouds, delta tags and notes drawn onto your own plan PDF.

Checklist

What to draw before resubmitting and what to install before inspection.

Plain English

What each comment means, the code section behind it, and why it gets kicked back.

Site Plan Creator

Draw a scaled site plan in your browser: property lines, setbacks, the house, pool, solar panels, additions and exact distances to every property line. Type the sizes and it draws them to scale. Trace an existing plot plan, then export a print-ready PDF with your title block, or send it straight into the correction tool.

Questions

Good questions.

Is it really free?

Yes, during early access. No account and no card. Paid plans will come later, and you'll hear about them before anything changes.

Do I need to upload my plans?

Only if you want clouded sheets. If you upload the city's redlined plans, we read the first pages for written comments, then open them in the tool so you can cloud them. If the redlines have no written comments, we'll ask for the correction sheet. The written responses and checklist work without plans.

Does it replace an engineer or architect?

No. Anything that needs stamped calculations or a licensed designer is flagged as a task for you. It never invents measurements or calculations; unknown values are left as blanks for you to fill in.

Which states and cities?

Any US city or county. Explanations name the code edition your state most likely uses. Local amendments vary, so confirm against what your jurisdiction adopted.

Is the code guidance always right?

It's general guidance written by AI, not legal or engineering advice. Each explanation names the code section so you can check it, and you review every response before you submit.

What happens to my letter?

The letter, any pages you upload and the project details are sent to our AI provider to read them and draft the answers. Your projects are saved only in your own browser. We don't sell or share your information.
